La Salle de
Château Poujeaux

In the Middle Ages Terre de Poujeaux was a manor belonging to Latour Saint-Mambert, which would later become Château Latour. The estate produced its first wine during the 19th century and gained real independence. It prospered and was handed down and divided up during the first half of the twentieth century, until the Theil family had the foresight to see its potential. Château Poujeaux became much sought after among connoisseurs: George Pompidou loved it and served it at the Elysée Palace! Philippe Cuvelier and his son Matthieu took over the estate in 2008.

Blend: Merlot 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 40%.

Château Larrivaux

The chateau is situated in the village of Cissac Médoc next to the prestigious Saint-Estèphe appellation. The 19 hectares of vineyards have belonged to the Carlsberg family for 400 years, during which they have been run and owned exclusively by women.

Today the estate is overseen by Bérangère Tesseron.

The estate’s vines are now primarily Merlot, which is rather unusual for the Médoc region, and produce supple, very fruity wines.

Blend: Merlot 59%, Cabernet Sauvignon 28%, Cabernet Franc 8%, 5% Petit Verdot.

Château Bellevue

The Château culminates at 95 meters above sea level and offers a beautiful view of this relief region that is Entre-Deux-Mers, otherwise known as “Bordeaux Tuscany”.

It is at the center of a clay-limestone soil called "TERREFORT", so hard is it to work this land. It is made up of several croups.

The red vineyard, 72 ha, is made up of Merlot (45%), Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Malbec (5%); the white vineyard, 12 ha, of sauvignon (70%) and semillon (30%).

Château des Graves

Built in the 18th century, Château Des Graves passed through a series of owners before winning the hearts of Eric Arnesen and his wife Brigitte in 1989, who fell for this enchanting chartreuse house and its vineyard and bought the estate. They remain at its helm today.

Blend: Merlot 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Cabernet 10%.
